1) Other countries/regions refer to all countries or regions outside the world except the United States, Europe, Malaysia and India, such as India, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Australia, the Middle East, Latin America and African countries.

3) In the Paytm wallet, only the balance can be used to pay, and it does not support the bank card, UPI and other funds in the Paytm wallet.
4) The prepaid balance function is open to Indian customers. You can transfer the procurement to Alibaba Cloud through bank transfer.
5) Alibaba Cloud also supports the credit limit for corporate customers. Corporate customers can consume first within the credit line, and then pay the monthly bill by transferring bank transfers to Alibaba Cloud (see Section 4.3 for specific transfer methods).If you are a corporate customer and have similar needs, please contact your customer manager.
After adding the payment method, you can manage the payment method in the "Console-> Payment-> Payment Methods".
Click to add the payment method button, you will enter the payment method process.Select your preferences and add it according to page guidance.
2.1.1 Bank card
Enter the card number, validity period, security code (Alibaba Cloud will not be saved) and the cardholder’s name.Then, click Submit.If your bank card is a corporate bank card, the card has no name, please enter your surname and name in the surname and name.The middle name and corporate name on the card can be filled in selectively.
The bank card billing address will automatically use the address you filled in when you register. If necessary, you can click the change button and then submit it after editing.
During the bank card binding process, the system will initiate $ 1.00 to the bank card you binding (for Malaysian users, the system will initiate 1.00 MYR) pre -authorized to verify the effectiveness of the bank card. After the verification is successful, the bank card is successfully added.Pre -authorization will be canceled soon.
Different countries/regions support added bank card brands. For details, please refer to the specific prompts of the page when binding the bank card.
A bank card can only be added to an Alibaba Cloud account.
Do not support prepaid cards, virtual cards and gift cards.
Please confirm that your bank card has opened the online payment function.
2.1.2 Paypal
Click to add immediately, you will jump to the PayPal.com page.
After logging in to your PayPal account, please confirm the PayPal protocol, and then the system will automatically add PayPal to your Alibaba Cloud.
Please note that when your PayPal becomes a default payment method, if you pay the payment service after opening, the system will initiate a pre -authorization to your PayPal account.
2.1.3 Paytm wallet
Fill in the correct Indian mobile phone number, click "Send Verification Code", fill in the correct verification code, and click "Add immediately". The system will add Paytm as your payment method.
Please note that when your Paytm Wallet becomes a default payment method, if you pay the payment service after opening, the system will initiate a pre -authorization to your Paytm account.
The Alibaba Cloud Payment Method (prepayment balance) and the default payment method in your account cannot be deleted, and other payment methods can be deleted.
For example, your payment method is prepaid balance and bank card A and bank card B. Among them, bank card A is the default payment method, then you can only delete bank card B, prepaid balance and bank card A cannot be deleted.
Provide editing functions for bank cards, other payment methods do not support editors.
For example, when you need to update the validity period of the bank card, you can click on the editing button next to the bank card, enter the editing bank card page, update the relevant information and submit it.
After submitting, it is deemed to be re -added, and Alibaba Cloud will initiate $ 1.00 to your bank card (for Malaysia users, the system will initiate 1.00 MYR) pre -authorized to verify the effectiveness of the bank card. After the verification is successful, the bank card will be successful.Edit success, pre -authorization will be canceled soon.
When your post -paid service costs, Alibaba Cloud will initiate deductions to your default payment method according to the settlement rules.

2.5.1 Online payment prepayment
Step 1: Homepage of Cost Center, you can see the prepaid wood module, click to deposit.
Step 2: Fill in the prepaid information (amount, use and description), then select online payment, click to pay.Please note that the payment of payment will not support refund for the time being.
Step 3: Select a payment method at the Paytm page to complete the payment.Support bank cards, UPIs, online banking, etc., it is recommended to via RUPAY bank card and UPI.After completing the payment, you will jump back to the Alibaba Cloud Cost Center, and you can see the changes in the prepaid balance.The Paytm payment channels shown in the figure below are for reference only.
2.5.2 Bank remittance payment prepaid payment

In order to ensure the safety of transactions when using bank card payment, in some cases, you need to complete 3D verification to continue to use the bank card in Alibaba Cloud.
3.1.1 Prepaid Order 3D Verification
When you purchase orders, upgrade examples, or manual renewal instances, Alibaba Cloud may ask you to go to the bank page to complete 3D verification during the payment process, and then pay.
In this case, Alibaba Cloud will open the bank page for you (please do not close the Alibaba Cloud payment page) and complete 3D verification on the bank page.After completion, Alibaba Cloud will initiate an order deduction to your bank card.After the deduction is successful, please return to the Alibaba Cloud Payment page to wait patiently, or refresh the page to view the payment results.
3.1.2 Paid order 3D verification
When you pay for the payment service, Alibaba Cloud may ask you to go to the bank page to complete the 3D verification during the opening process, and then the payment service will be opened.
In this case, Alibaba Cloud will open the bank page for you (please do not close the Alibaba Cloud payment page), please complete 3D verification on the bank page.After completing the verification, Alibaba Cloud will open a service for you. Please return to the Alibaba Cloud Payment page to wait patiently, or refresh the page to view the opening result.
3.1.3 Switch the default external payment method 3D verification
When you set the bank card to the default external payment method, Alibaba Cloud may ask you to complete the 3D verification.You can find Alibaba Cloud’s notification in the station letter or register in the email, click the link inside and follow the guidance to complete the 3D verification.
When you complete the 3D verification, set the bank card to the default external payment method in the payment method management page.
When paying a prepaid order, you can choose to pay all valid payment methods in the account.
If you choose a bank card payment, Alibaba Cloud may ask you to complete 3D verification (see 3.1).
If you choose PayPal to pay, Alibaba Cloud will deduct directly from your PayPal account.
If you have added Paytm Wallet, but the balance in Paytm Wallet is insufficient, you will not be able to choose to use Paytm Wallet for payment.
If you are a client for Alibaba’s prepaid balance, when your prepaid balance is sufficient, you can choose to use the prepaid balance payment order.When your prepaid balance is insufficient, you can only choose other payment methods.
Customers who have opened Alibaba Cloud credit function can pay Alibaba Cloud through bank transfer (remittance) and pay monthly bills.The bank account display is below the invoice.
Customers who have opened Alibaba Cloud prepaid functions can pay Alibaba Cloud through bank transfer (remittance), and then use the prepaid balance to pay orders and bills.The bank account display is on the prepaid management page.
The exclusive bank account is that Alibaba Cloud’s bank transfer (remittance) account only belongs to the customer’s own bank transfer (remittance) account for specific customers.
Alibaba Cloud allocates exclusive bank accounts for most credit customers, and all -in -payment customers allocate exclusive bank accounts.
